Carhartt invites you to visit the all-new exhibition at the Carhartt Gallery during this year’s Art Basel and to celebrate with DJs from Playgroup and Ed Banger afterwards.Once again art-connected people from all over the world will travel to Basel to attend the premier international art show for Modern and contemporary works – Art Basel.
Only 5 minutes away from Basel the Carhartt Gallery shows its all-new exhibition with works by Herakut, Dare, Deine Heimat, Dome, ECB, Flying Fortress, Kiam, Krell, L’Atlas, Mizzo, MFG, Neon, Ruedione, Smash137, and more. So make sure you don’t miss the Vernissage, opening at 4 p.m., June 4th.
Last year 55,000 people attended Art 38 Basel and be sure this will be at least the amount of people showing up this year. Combined with the 100,000 estimated visitors of the European Soccer Championship 2008 (EM) which simultaneously takes place in Basel this doubles the regular population of Basel.
But no worries about accommodation: On June 6th, the night before this EM’s kick off, Carhartt would like to invite to celebrate with us on “Das Schiff” in Basel. Carhartt will have Trevor Jackson (Playgroup/ UK) and Ed Banger Records DJs Feadz and Some from France to make sure this will be a night to remember.
